How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
To be effective, your notice must be in writing and include ALL of the following:
Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to be infringed
Identification of the material that is infringing and specific URLs on EOA KC
Your contact information (address, telephone, email)
Statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
Statement: "The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am authorized to act on behalf of the owner."
We will remove or disable access to the material promptly upon receipt of a valid notice.
Counter-Notification
If material you posted was removed and you believe it was in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:
Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the removed material and its previous location
Statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
Your name, address, phone, and consent to jurisdiction of Missouri federal court
We will restore the material in 10-14 business days if no lawsuit is filed.
Repeat Infringers
Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated immediately and permanently.
